Program Operations Director (f/m/d) at ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE. This is a permanent vacancy available in a remote-based or hybrid working model in Garching, Germany.
About ITM
ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
Responsibilities
* Drive cross-functional global program teams (GPT) and operationalize the program strategy
* Facilitate informed decision making
* Coordinate the development of therapeutic and diagnostic programs (early to late)
* Work with the GPT on the deliverables: IDP (Integrated Development Plan), TPP (Target Product Profile), yearly objectives and goals, risk register
* Drive and coordinate GPT budget and forecasts
* Coordinate resource planning for the programs including establishing timelines and documentation
* Coordinate the preparation of governance meetings in association with Program Lead and Portfolio Management
* Ensure that practices and processes are consistent across the portfolio
Qualifications
* Degree in Science - higher education e.g. PhD, MBA, PharmD or MD is a plus
* Multiple years of experience in the development in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry
* Experience of working within several functional areas such as clinical, preclinical, CMC or regulatory affairs, as well as different global development and commercialization phases
* Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced and international environment
* Problem solving and decision-making skills, demonstrated ability to drive initiatives
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Strong experience in facilitating program team meetings and decisions
* Fluent in English, knowledge in German or other languages is a plus
* Mindset for the continuous improvement of drug development processes
