We’re looking for a skilled and proactive (Senior) IT Support Engineer to strengthen our kununu IT team in Vienna. In this role, you’ll take ownership of first- and second-line support, while also handling system administration in a macOS-focused environment (with some Windows support). You’ll be the driving force behind our day-to-day IT operations, tackling advanced troubleshooting, managing assets, and overseeing the full user lifecycle. Your expertise will help streamline processes, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth IT experiences for the entire team. Alongside hands-on responsibilities, you’ll act as a mentor to junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge and guiding them in their growth. With your strong background in tools like Microsoft 365, the Atlassian suite, and Miro, you’ll play a key role in boosting efficiency and shaping a reliable, future-ready IT environment. You deliver advanced first- and second-line support, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues. - You manage IT requests, incidents, and service tickets, driving efficiency and improvements. - You oversee IT asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement (macOS & Windows). - You own employee onboarding/offboarding, ensuring smooth, secure transitions. - You monitor systems, handle escalations, and ensure compliance with IT and data security standards.
