We’re a stealth, VC-backed pre‑seed/seed stage start-up disrupting a legacy mobility sector. With a proven expansion blueprint and a targeted M&A strategy, we’re set to triple revenue this year. Our founders – serial entrepreneurs who previously raised >USD 80m from Tier-1 US investors – are now launching into a new market.

Now we need top 0.1% builders. Generalists who get energy from executing. If that sounds like you - read on.


Tasks

You will work closely with our Head of People and leadership team and own hiring as a core business function.

* Own the full recruiting process end to end for multiple roles across operations, tech, and business, from role scoping to signed offer.
* Translate business needs into clear hiring strategies, job profiles, and sourcing plans.
* Proactively source and engage top talent through outbound channels, networks, and referrals.
* Conduct structured interviews and independently assess candidates for skill, performance mindset, and culture fit.
* Drive fast, high-quality hiring decisions in close collaboration with hiring managers.
* Manage offers, contracts, and closing while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
* Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and funnel performance as the company scales.

Beyond recruiting, you will contribute to the broader People function:

* Co-own the Employee Lifecycle from Onboarding to Offboarding.
* Partner with People Operations on onboarding quality, role clarity, and early retention.
* Support employer branding initiatives and help position the company as a top employer in the startup and operations ecosystem.


Requirements

* 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
* Proven ability to own recruiting processes independently, not just support them.
* Strong interview and candidate assessment skills with a clear eye for talent and potential.
* Fully fluent in German (C2) and English (C1+).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site start-up environment.
* Pragmatic, execution-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
* You genuinely enjoy working with people and getting things done.
