We are looking for a seasonedTechnical Sales Leadwho will serve as the strategic technology counterpart to key enterpriseaccounts and opportunities across EMEA. In effect youll act as the field CTOfor the account/opportunity deeply technical, commercially oriented,comfortable with C-suite discussions, and motivated by sales outcomes.You will partner with Account/Sales Executives and broader GTM teams toensure our technology is positioned, deployed and scaled in ways that drivemeasurable business impact for customers, while translating that into revenueand growth for Rezolve Ai.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account & Opportunity LeadershipServe as the senior technical advisor for assigned strategic enterpriseaccounts in the EMEA region, aligning with the clients CIO/CTO, Head ofDigital, eCommerce, and technology stakeholders.Co-define with sales leadership the go-to-market and accountpenetration strategy: understand business outcomes (e.g., conversionuplift, checkout abandonment reduction, personalized discovery,omnichannel/physical+digital integration) and map Rezolves BrainSuite to them.Lead and shape large, complex opportunities: performing technicaldiscovery, architecting solutions, mapping integrations (APIs, cloud,payment rails, omnichannel fulfilment), and articulating value at theexecutive level.
Commercial & Sales EnablementWork closely with Sales Executives to convert technical vision intocommercial value helping win and close deals by bridging the gapbetween technology capability and business benefit.Lead pre-sales activities: workshops, demos/proofs-of-concept, executivebriefings, technical road-mapping and integration planning.Own the technical dimension of deal closure: ensure internal alignment(product, engineering, professional services) and customer confidencein solution robustness, scalability, security and future-proofing.Participate in pipeline reviews, deal forecasting and account reviews;drive measurable contribution to sales revenue and strategic accountgrowth.
Evangelism & Technical LeadershipBe the EMEA face of Rezolve Ais technology for your accounts:articulate and evangelise the Brain Suite architecture (intelligence layer,payments layer, data layer) per the company's agentic-commerce vision.Advise clients on commerce-specific technology trends such asconversational commerce, personalization, AI/LLM integration intocommerce, payment rails (including digital-asset rails), omnichannelfulfilment, API-first architectures.Provide feedback from the field into product roadmap, and support theprofessional services / delivery organisation to drive adoption, scale andvalue realisation for customers.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner seamlessly with EMEA Sales, Global Partnerships, ProfessionalServices, Product & Engineering to deliver a cohesive customerexperience.Mentor and equip sales team members and pre-sales resources on thetechnical story, value messaging and enterprise buyer interactions.
Qualifications Required8+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, solutionarchitecture, technical pre-sales or strategic sales for platform/SaaScompanies ideally in commerce, retail, payments or digital-experience domains.Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (CIO/CTO/CDO) of largeorganisations, navigate complex enterprise sales cycles (multi-hundredsof thousands to multi-millions /).Strong technical foundation: cloud architectures, SaaS/API-firstplatforms, data & AI/ML (LLMs preferable), payments/checkout, omni-channel retail integrations. Familiarity with digital-asset/cryptopayment rails is a plus.Outstanding communication skills: can translate technical capabilityinto business outcomes, and present to both technical and non-technicalexecutive audiences.Comfortable with travel across the EMEA region (up to ~30%) andworking across multiple markets/languages.
PreferredPrior experience in the retail or brand sector (omnichannel retail, globalbrands, enterprise commerce).Experience working with major cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud)and understanding of marketplace/co-sell models.Technical background in software engineering, data/AI architecture,systems integration.Multilingual ability besides English (e.g., French, German, Arabic,Spanish) advantageous in EMEA.Compensation & Performance MetricsBase salary: 120,000 to 140,000 (depending on experience, location)Target variable: 20% of base salary for achieving agreed criteria.Variable compensation will be tied to a mix of:oRevenue contribution via deals influenced or won (in partnershipwith Account Execs)oTechnical win metrics (architecture robustness, client technicaladoption, integration success)oCustomer outcomes (platform consumption, satisfaction/executivefeedback, account expansion)oStrategic account growth and retention within your portfolio.
