We are seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and client services support to a team of relationship managers.
Your primary function will be to ensure the completeness and accuracy of client files, including identification and KYC information. You will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing the customer information system database, as well as sourcing and verifying documents to facilitate account opening processes.
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will work closely with the commercial team, clients, and back offices to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential in this role.
To succeed in this position, you will require excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Experience in financial services or a related field is desirable, but not necessary. We encourage candidates with relevant education and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
