Intaso have partnered with a leading network security and analytics vendor who seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of customers. This role is pivotal in driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills to guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization as well as identifying new opportunities. You will act as a trusted partner, helping clients align the platform’s capabilities with their security goals, while also advocating internally for customer needs.
Responsibilities :
* Act as the technical liaison for enterprise customers, managing onboarding, configuration, and adoption.
* Deliver ongoing technical reviews, roadmaps, and usage reports.
* Collaborate with the account management team to identify new upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Monitor customer environments and ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
Qualifications :
* 3+ years in an SE or related customer-facing technical role.
* Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
