The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building and expanding direct sales across Germany and wider EMEA market - driving net-new business and developing strategic relationships with customers.
You'll collaborate closely with Marketing and Solutions teams to tailor outreach and build scalable sales strategies.
What Does Success Look Like? Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close and identifying high-value accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and execute a go-to-market strategy to win new enterprise logos in your region
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
Collaborate with Marketing to create high-impact outreach campaigns and events
Work closely with Solutions Engineers to craft tailored automation solutions
Track KPIs to continuously refine your approach and drive sustainable revenue growth
Become the voice of the customer, sharing market feedback with Product and Engineering teams
Champion the brand through customer visits, presentations, and thought leadership in the space
What You’ll Bring:
~3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
~ Proven success building and scaling enterprise customer relationships
~ A background in SaaS, industrial automation, or robotics is a big plus
~ Strong communication skills with an empathetic, consultative approach
~ Experience selling into multi-stakeholder environments
~ High motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, VC-backed startup
