Job Description:

Responsibilities:
* Evolve and drive positioning and offering together with CPO and VP of Marketing
* Plan and execute communication for product releases and new features
* Own and continuously improve website product messaging and updates
* Own and manage key marketing channels for product communication
* Work closely with Marketing, Branding, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align product messaging and ensure consistency across touchpoints
* Act as a central coordination point for product-related communication initiatives
* Monitor key competitors and industry trends, deliver monthly report and provide actionable recommendations for Go-to-Market leaders
* Optimize and scale marketing processes through automation and continuous improvement
Profile:
* 5+ years of experience in a Product Marketing or related role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
* Storytelling skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas and information to team members and stakeholders
* Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities, requirements, and project dynamics
* Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to identify challenges, ideate, evaluate options, and implement lean, creative solutions
* Time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* Hands-on mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
* Market research and data analysis to stay on top of competition
* Background in Customer Experience, Marketing, or Sales is desirable
* English fluent, German is a big plus
