Your Responsibilities:
* Oversee accounting and tax review
* Handle complex accounting files and ensure accurate financial production
* Overall tax compliance for Luxembourg and German entities
* Reporting and assisting with audits
* Develop and coach junior team members
Your Profile:
* Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
* Fluent in English and German
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
* Proactive, structured, and highly analytical mindset
