What You Bring

16. Hands-on experience with modern project delivery methodologies
17. Familiarity with enterprise application landscapes (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
18. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, align, and influence decisions
19. Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity into action
20. Fluency in English and German
