General Information
A basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position is available from March 1, 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Internal communication and contact person for the global audit management community
* Creation of newsletters, presentations, training materials and maintenance of the intranet website
* Support preparation and implementation of workshops
* First Level Support for our users regarding the Audit Management Tool (AMT 3.0)
* Communication with Certification Bodies (creation of documents, participation in regular meetings)
* Support and maintenance of the global community within the company’s social network Engage
Your Qualifications
* Studies in the field of (Business) Engineering, communication sciences, humanities, economics or a comparable field
* MS Office demonstrated skills are required
* Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
* Independent work and self-organization, teamwork, very good communication skills
* The ability to work independently under pressure and with tight deadlines
* Culture of personal responsibility
* Good organizational skills and capacity to prioritize tasks
