Your Tasks Assist the Compensation & Benefits team during the salary and bonus review process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies Conduct manual checks and audits of compensation data to ensure integrity and accuracy Support the payroll team in their daily operations, including data entry, verification, and reporting Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to assist in decision-making processes Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency Provide general administrative support as needed Your Profile Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas is essential Strong numerical affinity and the ability to work with large datasets Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in HR or payroll is a plus, but not required At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
