Main Responsibilities :
* Manage IT equipment stored in the warehouse
* Prepare, pack and store IT equipment
* Ensure accurate administrative and inventory tracking of IT assets
* Perform inventory checks, updates and stock monitoring
* Track and record IT equipment movements within the warehouse
* Coordinate transfers between warehouse locations and IT Hubs
* Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change / Remove)
* Test and verify the quality of equipment after installation
* Ensure proper storage and organization of IT materials
* Support the setup and maintenance of IT Hub premises
* Maintain the CMDB up to date
* Perform quality control of incoming IT equipment against purchase orders
* Analyze and process simple user requests related to RFCs
* Handle ServiceNow tickets and ensure proper request follow-up
* Assist in the logistical process related to order tracking and receipt
* Manage physical inventory counts of warehouse stock
* Carry out decommissioning activities for IT equipment
Profile :
* Good command of English and French (minimum B2 level)
* Knowledge of logistics processes related to goods and services
* Good proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
* Knowledge of IT consumer products and equipment
* Ability to quickly learn and follow procedures
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
* Valid driving license (Category B) – mandatory
* Very good communication skills
