Senior Clinical Research Manager Position
Our team is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Manager to lead and manage clinical studies, RWE/NIS studies, IITs, and other research projects.
* Leadership of national and international clinical studies, including resource and budget management.
* Conceptualization and setup of new research projects in close collaboration with departments such as Preclinical Research, Pharmaceutical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Marketing, and Business Development.
* Selection, contract negotiation, and supervision of external service providers (e.g., CROs).
* Evaluation of clinical data and participation in the preparation of results for publications, expert circles, and training sessions.
* Development of clinical strategies for the national and international marketing of OTC medicines.
* Proactive stakeholder management and exchange with Commercial based on comprehensive market understanding.
* Representation of the company at industry associations, trade fairs, conferences, and before expert circles.
* University degree in Natural Sciences or Medicine.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in leading clinical studies.
* Thorough knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ICH-GCP, AMG, CTR) on national and international levels.
* Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation and with CROs (an advantage).
* Experience with project management systems and AI tools (an advantage).
* Enthusiasm and high level of engagement.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to make complex topics understandable.
* Fluent German and English language skills.
* Will to travel occasionally nationally and internationally.
