Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst (f/m/d) to join our Universal Pictures International Germany team in Frankfurt, on a full-time, fixed-term contract until September 2026. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with our Chief Accountant and Finance Director.
Your responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the accounts payable function and for managing relationships with external service providers.
2. You will prepare reports for various departments and assist with process optimization in accounts payable.
3. Your tasks will include checking travel expenses and operational controlling with target/actual comparisons, as well as assisting with account reconciliation and master data maintenance.
4. In all your activities, you will work closely with the local sales team and the international billing and accounting team.
Qualifications
Your experience:
5. After completing commercial training or a degree in business administration, you already have professional experience in finance and accounting. Ideally, you have gained this experience in the media sector and/or within an international company.
6. You have a keen interest in numbers and cross-departmental projects, as well as proven experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP FI/CO.
7. You have strong fluent communication skills in both English and German, spoken and written, and feel confident using both languages in a professional setting
8. You organise your work independently and your working style is reliable, accurate and result oriented.
9. An interest in cinema and working in an international team, as well as strong communication skills, round off your profile.
