Beschreibung

Main Task:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Coordinate with other Güntner Group locations to provide daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and workforce reports.
3. Plan detailed timelines for each phase, from recruitment through to the departure of the workforce.
4. Communicate with other Güntner Group locations regarding workforce requirements for all positions.
5. Prepare onboarding documentation for all workforce positions.
6. Prepare overseas agreement documents for the workforce being deployed to other Güntner Group locations.
7. Coordinate with the Legal department regarding placement agreements for other Güntner Group locations.
8. Facilitate the resolution of issues raised by the team during their assignments and report them to the HRGA Manager.

Qualifications:

9. Min. Bachelor degree of Psychology, or related fields
10. Min. 1-2 years experiences in HR area, preferably having exposure in recruitment & selection or in the same fields
11. Understand labor regulation and HR Management
12. Advance knowledge of Ms Office and HRIS systems
13. Good at communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
14. Proficiency in English
15. Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java
