OverviewUKG Pro WFM Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions for our client’s estate. This role requires a deep understanding of UKG Pro WFM functionalities, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to optimize workforce processes. The Solution Architect will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions across the EU & UK. Ideal consultants should be flexible on travel and willing to travel to various customer sites in Europe for short periods. The role will mainly be work from home. Full travel expenses will be paid by the client when requested to travel. The role requires a strong mix of functional and technical expertise in UKG (formerly Kronos), including solution architecture, integration design, and workforce optimization processes. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with business stakeholders, HR, IT, and implementation teams to deliver a best-in-class UKG Pro WFM solution aligned with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesLead the solution design and architecture for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions/Pro Suite) implementations and enhancements.Translate complex business requirements into scalable and compliant UKG solutions.Design and document end-to-end WFM processes, covering timekeeping, scheduling, absence management, and labor compliance.Provide technical guidance on integrations between UKG and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, payroll, Active Directory, etc.).Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define solution standards and ensure best practices.Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and design reviews with key business users and technical teams.Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment activities; support UAT and go-live.Mentor and guide functional consultants and technical developers.Ensure the solution complies with regional labor laws, GDPR, and data security policies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workforce management performance.Key QualificationsProven track record as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Lead in complex, global environments.In-depth understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, compliance, and analytics within UKG Pro WFM.Strong experience integrating UKG with HR, Payroll, and ERP systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.).Expertise in UKG’s APIs, data models, and configuration tools.Demonstrated ability to produce architecture blueprints, design documents, and technical specifications.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Experience in multi-country or large enterprise deployments is highly desirable.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce management solutions, with at least 5 years specifically in UKG Pro WFM.Technical Skills: Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM configuration and customization; strong knowledge of SQL, data integration, and reporting tools.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with clients and technical teams; strong problem-solving abilities.Certifications: Relevant certifications in UKG Pro WFM are highly desirable.Proven experience in working in complex projects, involving multi-vendor setup.Experience with UKG Analytics, Advanced Scheduling, and Forecasting.Background in HR or Payroll transformation programs.Soft SkillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving ability.Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Collaborative mindset with ability to lead cross-functional teams.Self-driven, structured, and detail-oriented.Language RequirementsFluent in English (both written and spoken).Additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, or Italian) are a plus.*CV in word formatMore information is available on application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
