Job Description As a part of your Master thesis, you will develop a data analysis framework to investigate the factors influencing the efficiency of external gear pumps. You will validate the insights gained and determinate causal relationships. In addition, you will derive optimization measures to increase efficiency, taking into account both technical and economic aspects. Last but not least, you will present the results at both expert and management levels. Qualifications Education: Master studies in a technical or scientific field, such as Mechanical Engineering or comparable Experience and Knowledge: in fluid technology and ideally in data science Personality and Working Practice: you are a structured and independent individual with high self-motivation and an active contribution of your own ideas Enthusiasm: for fluid power and the optimization of hydraulic components Languages: business fluent in German and very good in English Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 months Requirement for this thesis is the enrollment at university.
