KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop 24-month sales forecasts using trend and demand analysis Drive the monthly EMEA Milwaukee NPI reviews Facilitate cross-functional demand reviews, ensuring alignment and documenting risks/mitigations Communicate forecasts and insights to management Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy Analysing sales, inventory, and profitability and making recommendations to key stakeholders in order to manage Milwaukee portfolio and maximize profitability Collaborate with Milwaukee Supply Teams on PSI planning by key vendor Support Supply Chain & IT in delivering training on tools and processes WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Extend experience in Demand Planning Solid knowledge of S&OP processes Experience in working with Supply Chain systems as a Key User Proven experience in cross-functional project teams Confident in presenting to senior leadership Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe Milwaukee-EMEA TTI-EMEA LI-AC1 At TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
