Lead the architectural vision and strategic direction for AI and machine learning systems across a distributed team in India and Europe.
Architect unified, scalable and secure AI systems that supports international data sovereignty and regional privacy regulations.
Influence 4flows product direction through clear, compelling presentations to management and stakeholders.

To be successful in this position, we believe you should possess the following attributes:
Around 8 years of experience in system design and architecture, including at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture
Proven expertise in building and scaling agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
A deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning and LLMOps practices
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficiency in Python and familiar with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Hugging Face
Experience in mentoring cross-functional teams and leading technical projects from concept to production deployment
Ability to distinguish between AI hype and high-impact business use cases
Comfortable with the “fail fast” nature of AI research while maintaining a clear path to production
