Your mission
1. You are responsible for the disciplinary leadership of an agile team, which acts scrum oriented, with software engineers based in Munich, Berlin or remote, developing a secure mobile collaboration app for Android
2. You are based in Berlin and occasionally visit our main location in Munich
3. Your team owns substantial strategic responsibilities in the areas of software architecture and development processes
4. You challenge and improve established processes and methodologies and you optimize the collaboration across and between the different development sites together with our scrum master
5. Besides your technical contributions you have a strong focus on the individual demands and growth of your team members
6. You are a Coach and Mentor for all members of the team and are involved closely in the ongoing implementation
Your profile
7. You have a university degree in computer science or equivalent and several years of professional experience in dynamic environments
8. You have several years of professional experience in leadng (remote) software development teams, ideally in an agile setup (scrum)
9. You have practical experience in the field of app development for Android
10. Ideally you have experience in manual testing or already worked in the security environment and have a passion for it
11. You are a front runner in cross functional collaboration and thus help bringing developers at different sites together
12. You like taking responsibility, making decisions and you are looking for a constructive atmosphere in a dynamic work environment
13. You are fluent in English, German is a plus
