Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for HR processes within the organization.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and timeliness.
* Develop and maintain process flows and procedural documentation to support operational performance.
* Support the evaluation and resolution of complex HR requests in specialized software.
* Provide training and coaching to team members on processes, systems, and best practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR role, preferably in an international or matrix organization.
* Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite.
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
