Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our pharmaceutical sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in the new Ophthalmology division.
Key responsibilities include:
* Establishing and expanding networks with key customers and opinion leaders
* Conducting territory, competitive, business, and customer analyses to inform strategic decision-making
* Closing sales deals by implementing effective marketing and sales strategies
You will work closely with other sales divisions to identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A degree in pharmacy or a related field
* Fluent written and spoken German and good knowledge of English
* Several years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
* Existing contacts with the customer base, particularly with important key customers in the sales area
