As a Director - Program & Transition Leader Germany, you have the ability to break down a strategic vision into discrete interconnected projects, each one delivering its own critical component to realize the vision. As the interface for the project managers leading each interconnected project, your choices will have a resounding impact across projects and secure successful program outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience
1. 10+ years of experience of successfully managing large, complex multi-million-Euro IT projects or programs, preferably with that track secured working at senior levels within a professional services business, with experience of working with customers across multiple project phases, industries and geographies
2. You are comfortable and proven engaging at the C-suite, encouraging conversations to aid a customers journey and helping them understand benefits, translating technical complexity where needed and engaging across a diverse business and technical landscape with confidence.
3. A consultant and delivery partner at heart you have Track record in end-to-end consult to delivery, with a demonstrable history of engaging with clients, helping to define the vision and then translating that vision into tangible and manageable steps
4. Expertise in cost & scope management, change control, and overall project governance
5. Experience in identifying and tracking dependent tasks across projects, proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to dependencies, and guiding effective staffing choices to leverage expertise and/or knowledge between projects. You can also manage substantial levels of ambiguity explaining complex programmatic techniques to enable program progression even when there is data or information absence.
6. High levels of Proficiency with establishing program governance and management systems, with the ability to blend methods and client capabilities to meet complex demand, managing interdependencies of various projects to develop a master schedule, cost benefit assessment and trade-off decisions, and asset and resource prioritization
7. Knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, dashboards, business intelligence reporting, business metrics, and operational reporting
8. Ability to thrive in a dynamic agile environment, adapting to changing priorities while remaining outcome focused
9. Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
Preferred Skills and Experience
10. Project Management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) or PgMP (Program Management Professional)
11. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices
12. Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts
13. Strong communication and influencing skills secured from engaging with diverse stakeholders, mainly C Suite.
14. A consultative and delivery background able to articulate approaches to complex systems and IT delivery
