Your Responsibilities
* You will prepare accurate and timely financial statements as required.
* You will oversee the preparation and thorough review of VAT and tax returns for your portfolio, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.
* It is critical that you guarantee the preparation and submission of annual accounts within established deadlines to avoid any financial penalties or regulatory issues.
* You must maintain consistent and proactive communication with external service providers such as auditors, banks, and administrators, ensuring the complete accuracy of the accounting cycle and upholding strong corporate governance across the structures in your portfolio.
Requirements
* A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is mandatory.
* At least 5 years of experience as an accountant in Luxembourg are required.
* Fluency in English and a professional working level of French are necessary for this role.
* You must demonstrate the ability to independently manage the full accounting cycle of your portfolio.
* Previous experience with SPVs and holdings is essential.
