What you do
* You ensure sustainable business growth through identifying and winning new opportunities and forecasting sales trends.
* You build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
* You understand customer's needs, challenges, and goals, and identify opportunities to align Elektrobit solutions with their requirements.
* You develop tailored solutions and proposals for customers in collaboration with internal teams.
* You attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to generate leads and build brand awareness.
* You develop tailored outreach strategies to engage new customers and introduce our software solutions.
What you bring
* You have several years of experience in Sales, or related fields with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
* Analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong understanding of the automotive industry and software solutions.
* Ability to build and maintain an excellent customer intimacy.
* Ideally you bring an already existing network to customers with you.
* Experience with CRM tools.
