Job Description Summary As Executive Key Account Service Director (f/m/d) you are responsible for the focused support and service delivery of our key accounts and practice associations. This includes but is not limited to Private Equity Groups, Academic Accounts, Public Hospitals and MES / Technology Partnerships. The role is responsible for ensuring management concepts agreed with our key customers, their follow-up and active influence on the control of service activities. To achieve the desired goals, a high level of operational judgement, analytical skills and excellent communication skills are required. Furthermore the role will actively support the commercial organization during tender phase by sharing the experience from running delivery models and being able to design new Service delivery models to build USPs in the German Market. For the customers under treatment of the role there is the full responsibility on financial results including driving upsell opportunities and productivity. The role has direct reports mainly the active Site leaders, Delivery- and Project Manager who care onsite about the customers but not limited to those. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Strong Portfolio customer relationship responsibility, operational excellence in the assigned area Direct influence on the development of the strategy for the area of responsibility, including the control of the various Service Level agreements, KPI´s and costs. Uses a high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or issues in the areas of service, service delivery, service level agreement. Ability to assess the quality of information provided and ask and drives relevant questions to stakeholders Offer new solutions for problems outside of defined parameters and/or make recommendations. Develops service concepts adapted to the key accounts that contribute to the stabilization, strengthening and expansion of our key accounts Works closely with the executive sales account manager and Service Sales team. Communicates difficult concepts and can influence the decisions of others on certain topics. Your profile: Degree in engineering, technology, business management or a related discipline Several years of experience in Key Account Management in the medical industry Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
