The Director of Advisor Services is a senior relationship management and practice leadership role responsible for helping advisor teams grow, operate efficiently, and deliver exceptional client outcomes across the Great Lakes Region. Acting as a trusted consultant, advocate, and general manager for assigned advisor teams, this role partners closely with Advisor Leads and cross-functional Practice Management Team (PMT) specialists to drive engagement, organic growth, practice optimization, and advisor development.This role requires a strong organic growth mindset, the ability to drive results within advisor teams, and the judgment to operate with end-to-end ownership—balancing growth, people, operations, and execution. The Director of Advisor Services plays a critical role in translating firm strategy into advisor level outcomes throughout the Great Lakes footprint.This is a remote position, supporting advisor teams across the Great Lakes Region.In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.
