Your tasks: Software Project Steering: Lead the end-to-end software development process (A-SPICE compliant) from requirements analysis to final validation and release OEM Interface: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for BMW engineering teams. Ensure alignment with BMW-specific release cycles, I-Step management, and integration levels Sub-supplier Management: Direct and monitor external software vendors. Define Work Packages (WPs), track KPIs, conduct technical reviews, and ensure their deliverables meet Tier-1 quality standards Project Planning: Define software milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
