Introduction :
Our client is an international bank established in Luxembourg, providing services to corporate and institutional clients across multiple jurisdictions. Joining the Compliance team offers the opportunity to work closely with senior compliance professionals, develop deep regulatory expertise, and contribute actively to maintaining a robust and effective compliance framework.
Responsibilities :
* Support the Chief Compliance Officer in monitoring and mitigating compliance risks across the bank's activities.
* Perform compliance checks, maintain client file documentation, and ensure adherence to AML, KYC, MiFID, FATCA, CRS.
* Assist in drafting and maintaining internal compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Provide practical advice to internal stakeholders, manage breaches, complaints, and contribute to a strong compliance culture.
Candidate Profile :
* Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years' experience in banking or financial services compliance.
* Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, MiFID, FATCA, CRS, and corporate/institutional banking operations.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese; French is an advantage.
* Analytical, proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a confidential environment.
