Job Title:
Logistics Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Supervisor to manage our yard operations. This individual will work closely with site leadership and other stakeholders to ensure smooth truck flow, improve safety and customer experience metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with site leaders to enhance safety standards and on-time performance of trucks in/out of yards
* Maintain effective communication between multiple stakeholders for efficient flow of trucks within the yard
* Responsible for reporting yard performance metrics to local site leaders, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions across various teams
* Identify areas for process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and drive implementation through data-driven decision making
