Responsibilities
· Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Participate in development ceremonies and work closely with product teams to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.
· Software Development : Develop and enhance software that is directly used by enterprise customers, driving significant impact on their business operations.
· Technology Implementation : Assist in the integration of cutting-edge AI and analytics solutions into the Track and Trace systems.
· Customer Solutions : Work on real-world challenges, providing innovative solutions that meet enterprise-level demands.
· Leadership Exposure : Present project outcomes to leadership, gaining valuable feedback and mentorship.
Key Skills and Qualifications
1. Advanced Bachelor's or Pursuing Master's degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields, with a passion for software development.
2. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and TypeScript, with an understanding of frameworks. Experience or exposure to AWS, Copilot, and EMR is a plus.
3. Strong ability to approach technical challenges with a quality-focused, analytical mindset.
4. Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and collaborate on product development.
5. Languages: Fluent in English, German knowledge preferred but not required.
