To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a
Office Manager (m/f/d)
part-time, based in Erlangen, Germany.
Job Responsibilities
* Reception of guests and customers in the entrance area
* Postal service (international dispatch of letters and parcels)
* Ordering office supplies, drinks, and snacks for the team
* Supporting the studio manager with administrative tasks
* Ensuring a tidy and professional office environment
Qualifikationen
Expected Qualifications
* Professional experience in a lively, public-oriented service company
* Resilience, organizational and communication skills
* Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and team-work
* German at native speaker level, proficiency in English
* Good knowledge of MS Office
What would be a plus?
* General interest in video games
* Knowledge of accounting
