You are the main point of contact for our customers and ensure they feel well advised – professionally correct, friendly and solution-oriented. This includes telephone and written customer advice (German is essential), competent advice on medicines, self-medication and application (within your qualifications), processing of queries about prescriptions/orders in close coordination with PKA and pharmacist etc., recognition of special features (e.g., questions about application or uncertainties) and forwarding if necessary as well as documentation after quality-standards.
