Automation Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking an Automation Engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge automation systems that meet the highest technical standards.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in PC-based control technology and a strong background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
* Application of prompt engineering to define agent behavior in MCP-based systems
* Optimization of RAG architectures (e.g. LangChain/internal libraries)
* Development and fine-tuning of small, domain-specific LLMs
* Architecture and module design for MCP communication structures
* Extension of agent systems via A2A protocols
* Development and integration of knowledge graphs incl. connection to RAG pipelines
* Performance analysis, evaluation & benchmarking of AI agents
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable qualification
* Experience in Python development and AI frameworks
* Experience in LLM optimization, RAG engineering and MCP architecture
* Knowledge of container technologies, sandbox setups and continuous integration
* Confident handling of evaluation tools for agent performance
* Good knowledge of German (at least B2 level) and good written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
