We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps / Cloud Engineer in our HQ in Berlin to own our cloud infrastructure, automate the boring stuff, and keep our systems secure and scalable. You’ll work closely with our dev team, ship real improvements, and actually see the impact of your work.

YOUR ROLE
10. Own and evolve our AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.)
11. Manage and optimize our web server setup (nginx on Ubuntu)
12. Operate and configure Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, WAF, DDoS protection)
13. Automate infrastructure and deployments (IaC with Terraform or similar tools)
14. Work closely with our PHP/Laravel development team
15. Ensure high availability and top performance in staging and production environments
16. Set up and maintain monitoring and logging (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or similar)
17. Implement security best practices for web applications and infrastructure
18. Continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines
OUR TECH STACK
19. PHP 8.x / Laravel

WHAT YOU BRING
27. Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructures, ideally AWS
28. Strong Linux system administration skills (Ubuntu)
29. Solid nginx knowledge (reverse proxy, TLS, rewrite rules, etc.)
30. Experience with Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, caching, WAF, SSL/TLS, rate limiting)
31. Experience with PHP/Laravel environments is a plus
32. Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and automation
33. Basic understanding of IT security and modern threat landscapes
34. A structured, self-driven working style – more builder than slide-deck artist 😉
