We are seeking a seasoned backend engineer to join our team in Berlin. You will be part of the financial empowerment domain, focusing on developing innovative solutions that empower individuals to achieve financial freedom.

* Collaborate closely with your tech lead on designing and implementing new features.
* Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software in a dynamic environment.
* Mentor junior members by promoting code quality and providing guidance when needed.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and contribute during our weekly knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Work within your cross-functional team to uphold high technical standards across the product.
Required Skills
* Experience in developing software using JVM languages and Spring Boot in large-scale production systems.
* Strong understanding of microservice architecture.
* Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases, preferably Postgres.
* Appreciation of working in modern cloud architectures, preferably with AWS.
