Our Trainee Program #V&BNextGen offers hands-on experience across marketing and sales functions, giving you a comprehensive skills set and view of both areas and their strategic interfaces.
The program offers flexible start dates.
This is you
1. A completed master 's degree in Business Administration focusing on marketing, sales or communications or similar academic background
2. Enthusiasm for topics at the intersection of marketing and sales
3. A passion for working in an intercultural context is something that describes you
4. Initial practical experience gained through internships or working student positions
5. You are open for change, highly adaptable, fast at picking up new tasks, and have a results-oriented mindset
6. Last but not least, you speak German? Super! And English? Great!
This is our program and what you will do
7. As part of the individual career journey, you’ll rotate through different focus areas within sales and marketing, such as product and brand management, online and performance marketing, social media, e-commerce, key account management, CRM, and omni-channel management
8. You will take on challenging tasks both in day-to-day business and in cross-functional projects, while building a broad network within the company
9. The duration of the program depends on your individual development stages and is based on a timeframe of approximately two years
