Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Operations you are acting as a Procurement Officer (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining the integrity of contracts and their execution, including the management of commercial claims, negotiation of technical changes, price reviews, and implementation of cost reduction initiatives
- Identifying and managing risks related to suppliers (financial, strategic, etc.), defining and leading appropriate risk mitigation measures
- Supporting cross-functional and team projects in line with company objectives
- Managing internal customer requests to procure services at the lowest total cost
- Negotiating and enforcing contract terms with suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with processes and internal operating regulations
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Engineering, industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Purchasing, Customer Service, Project Management, Contract Management, and Sales
- Knowledge of Risk Management
- Confident hanling of SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent English spoken and written
- French and German is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Europe (twice or three times a year)
