I am currently representing a globally recognised company within the fitness equipment industry that has been operating for over 40 years. They manufacture and supply high-end gym equipment to hotels, fitness centres, and commercial facilities across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an After Sales Coordinator to join their Munich team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers after purchase, managing warranty claims, arranging replacement parts, and ensuring all aftersales processes run efficiently. This is a highly customer-focused and relationship-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and being part of a supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will have customer service or aftersales experience, strong communication skills, and experience using SAP. Training will be provided on products, Salesforce, and internal systems, with future progression opportunities into Senior Support or Inside Sales positions.

The Role:
1. Managing aftersales and customer support processes
2. Supporting customers with replacement parts and warranty claims
3. Providing technical product support and updates
4. Using SAP and internal systems to coordinate service activities
5. Building long-term relationships with customers and partners
The Candidate:
6. Experience within Customer Service, Aftersales, or Coordination roles
7. SAP experience
8. Fluent in German and English
9. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
10. Experience with Salesforce is desirable
