We’ll get there by continuing to make our finance ever more relevant and accessible to more businesses by combining cutting-edge technology, data science, and 5-star customer service.The teamThe mission of the iwoca People Operations team is to develop and implement strategies that enable iwoca to attract, develop and retain the best talent.The roleIn this 6 month fixed term contract you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for Team Germany (roles based in Frankfurt, Berlin and London) as well as supporting other iwoca teams with their recruitment needs. Day to day you will:Work with our hiring teams to understand their recruitment needs and implement effective and inclusive interview processesDevelop tailored strategies for hiring across different roles and levels, including Credit Analysts, Account Managers, and Collections Specialists, all requiring German language skillsCreate compelling role profiles and utilise diverse sourcing channels to attract candidatesManage each step of the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experienceDevelop salary recommendations with hiring managers and negotiate effectivelyChampion iwoca's employer brand and employee value proposition to potential candidatesCandidate requirementsExperience hiring in the German market with strong communication skills in German (C1/C2 level) and EnglishStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAmbitious, driven, and committed to finding the best talentWillingness to improve processes and test new sourcing methodsExcellent organisation and negotiation skillsExperience in financial services industry is desirableNote: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants should have the right to work within the country they are applying from.SalaryExpected from £40,000 to £60,000, with openness to salary goals included in applications.
