Responsibilities:
Project Governance & Management:
1. Lead TIM meetings, including coordination, preparation, moderation, and follow-up.
2. Qualify and prioritize growth opportunities identified in existing markets, aligning with strategic goals and portfolio structures.
3. Ensure project goals, budgets, and timelines are met; identify and mitigate risks.
4. Manage resources and assist in annual resource planning.
Strategic Support for the CTO/CSO:
5. Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for top management.
6. Support the senior leadership team with meeting and workshop preparation.
7. Analyze market trends and technological developments to identify business opportunities.
8. Contribute to the qualification and operationalization of M&A opportunities.
What you will need
9. Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
10. Proven experience in a PMO role of at least 3 years is a must-have, ideally within R&D.
11. Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (experience in matrix organizations is an advantage).
12. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and business opportunities.
13. Experience in M&A processes is a plus.
14. Background in consulting, especially within the adhesive or chemical industry, would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
15. Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills: Must demonstrate outstanding ability to convey ideas clearly while maintaining straightforward, transparent communication.
16. Empathetic and Open-Minded: Ability to understand and connect with diverse perspectives.
17. Global Networking and Relationship Building: Ability in establishing and nurturing professional relationships across a diverse and international environment.
18. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
19. Familiarity with resource management and change management.
