As Group Lead within our R&D Reagents Department, you will take on a central role in developing a flexible platform that drives innovative solutions for cell and gene therapy. This is your opportunity to combine scientific expertise with leadership and project management in a highly collaborative and forward-thinking environment. You will work at the intersection between particles and cells as well as biomolecules. You will develop an antibody and nanoparticle conjugation platform, enabling the development of cell stimulation reagents and other applications. Part of your role will be to design and implement advanced chemical processes, including modern conjugation methods such as Click Chemistry, including SH-coupling, and Tetrazine/TCO systems. You will oversee interdisciplinary projects from start to finish, including planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and reporting to stakeholders. Close collaboration with internal teams such as Applications, QA, and Production will be a key part of your day-to-day work, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies into product pipelines. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and training to your team members, fostering an environment where knowledge sharing, professional growth, and innovation can thrive.
