YourResponsibilities
1. Lead the national sales strategyto accelerate revenue, market share, and profitable growth across all channels in Germany
2. Strengtheningpartnerships with major retailerssuch as EDEKA, REWE, and leading discounters, including ownership of annual negotiations and joint business plans
3. Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
4. Drive commercial excellencethroughaccurateforecastingand reporting
5. Collaborate closely across functions—Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management—to deliver powerful in-market execution
6. Monitor market and competitor trendstoidentifygrowth opportunities and adapt strategies with speed and precision
7. Own the sales P&L, ensuring sustainable, profitable growth aligned with Kraft Heinz’s long-term ambitions
8. Buildtrustedinternalrelationshipswithcross‑functional leaders to align commercial strategyand decision‑makingwhile navigating complex organizational dynamics
9. Deliver clear, compellingpresentationsthat translate strategy and results into actionable next steps and motivate stakeholders

Key Qualifications
11. Bachelor’s orMaster’sdegree in business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
12. Extensive FMCG sales experiencein a similar role, includingdirect responsibility for major German retail customers
13. Proven leadershiptrack record, with the ability to build, coach, and empower high-performing teams
14. Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management, trade investment optimization, and complex negotiations
15. Deep understanding of the German retail landscape, market dynamics, and shopperbehaviour
16. Strategic yet hands-on approach, supported by strong analytical and execution skills
17. Excellent communication and stakeholder management, enabling effective collaboration across a matrix organization
18. Fluency in German and English is essential
