2. define and architect the software foundation for simulation control stations, instructor operating stations, and flight training debriefing stations
3. define and design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and UI/UX concepts
4. design, develop, test, and maintain software with C++ & Qt/QML by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following software development best practices
5. analyze and debug software issues, and fix bugs
6. identify and address technical risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies when needed
7. participate in planning, stand-up, review, and retrospective meetings according to the software development methodology
8. participate in code reviews and ensure the code meets the defined coding standards
9. ensure the software system design and architecture is scalable, maintainable and can be integrated with other systems

10. have a degree in computer science or a comparable field of study
