We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst / BI Manager to own reporting and business intelligence in the company. You will ensure data-driven decision-making at all levels, from C-level and investors to operational teams. You should be skilled in data visualization, deep business analysis, and system exploration, identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements.
Tasks
What you will do
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and create actionable game plans
* Build dashboards and deliver insights using SQL, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, and more
* Maintain and optimize data platforms for seamless, reliable data flow
* Address ad-hoc data requests with speed and accuracy
* Provide critical analysis for business operations, working directly with founders
Requirements
Who you are
* 5+ years in BI/data analytics, in high-growth environments, ideally scale-ups
* Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; strong SQL skills (Python/R a plus)
* Proven experience building reporting systems and working with large datasets
* Skilled at creating operational dashboards, reports and delivering insights to C-level executives
* Proactive, impact-driven, and able to translate data into actionable strategies
* Curious, strong sense of ownership, strategic thinker with clear and effective communication
* Experience with supply chain or financial data, and founder collaboration is a bonus
