To support our Digital Merchandising team we are searching for a Teamlead Digital Merchandising – Womenswear Shoes and Bags (Mat. Cover) (f/m/d)) to be based in our Munich office. This is a maternity cover for 1 year.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Lead, develop, and support the WW Shoes & Bags Digital Merchandising team, managing priorities and workloads effectively
2. Define and execute onsite merchandising strategies to optimize sales and maintain a strong brand presentation
3. Partner closely with Buying, Merchandise Planning, and Marketing to align seasonal focuses, key launches, and commercial opportunities
4. Oversee the planning and delivery of homepage and editorial content in line with trade and storytelling priorities
5. Analyze performance across designers, categories, and campaigns, sharing insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders
6. Ensure an optimal onsite experience in collaboration with CX and Shop Management teams, continuously improving navigation and conversion
WHO YOU ARE
7. Degree in business, fashion, or a related field
8. 5+ years of experience in digital merchandising or ecommerce, including team leadership
9. Strong commercial and strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management experience
11. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
12. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ecommerce and analytics tools
13. Passion for luxury fashion and deep knowledge of the Mytheresa brand and designer landscape
