YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
9. You manage your own area in our logistics center (e.g. mountain sports, team sports, fitness, etc.).
10. You take care of the recruitment, training and development of your own team.
11. You conduct regular appraisal interviews to motivate and encourage your teammates.
12. You manage stock levels and ensure product availability.
YOUR PROFILE
13. You are a recent graduate in business administration or sports management or are a career changer with a comparable degree.
14. You want to lead and develop your own team.
15. You are strong in analysis, time management and problem solving.
16. You act independently and like to lend a hand.
17. You have a good command of German and English.
18. You are at least 18 years old.
