The role will include oversight of proposal management, CRM and sales process optimization, and pipeline insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in commercial strategy, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to drive impactful change and deliver value to both internal stakeholders and clients**Key Responsibilities:** **Qualifications:** Operational Background in Pharma, Biotech, or CRO Industries: Extensiveexperience in senior executive roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or contract research organization (CRO) sectors, with a strong understanding of operational challenges and strategic priorities. Project & Commercial Management Experience: Proven ability to manage complex projects, optimize commercial processes, and lead proposal development, CRM systems, and sales operations.Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams, driving strategic alignment, and ensuring effective execution across departments.
