Our dynamic growing cellular therapy and hematology team within an international pharmaceutical company seeks a market access professional who will be engaged in all aspects of the business and development of our products within the global Market Access Team. For our upcoming launches (ATMP) in the disease area of graft versus host, you will be responsible for developing the market access strategy and preparing health technology assessments (HTAs) together with launch countries.
* Job Description:
* Develop the market access strategy and engagement plan for medac's upcoming innovative launches in cellular therapies and hematology.
* Drive the market access/HTA plan and support the development of local HTA plans of in-country market access managers and external vendor support.
* Ensure adaptation of the global value dossier and health economic evidence to meet national requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Evolve pricing strategy and potential negotiation models (including competitor analysis) for launches in cellular therapies.
* Pull the joint scientific consultation process for medac's innovative products.
* Provide strategic input into key clinical and medical activities.
* Participate in due diligence to critically assess product concepts in close collaboration with all internal stakeholders.
* Gather and analyze information on competitor products, pricing strategies, market positioning, and market access tactics to inform the market access strategy.
* Track, collect, and synthesize health economic data, outcomes research, and real-world evidence.
Requirements:
* Academic degree in health economics, economics, or natural sciences.
* Long-standing professional experience in market access consultancy or in a market access role in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Expertise and proven track record in managing, creating, submitting, and defending dossiers projects and health economic evidence towards HTA agencies (focus on AMNOG).
* Thorough understanding of health economic models and evidence.
* Teamplayer mentality, openness, and ability to work in a matrix organization.
